Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our selection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter shipping information and payment details. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at info@thebookstorevinylcafe.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, changes are not possible, but you can return the item once received.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favorites, and speed up future checkouts.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but all orders are securely packaged to arrive in excellent condition.
Shipping
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 3-8 business days. This includes 1-2 business days for processing and 2-6 business days for transit.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are exploring international shipping options for the future.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS) to monitor your package.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us at info@thebookstorevinylcafe.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.
How do I initiate a return?
Email info@thebookstorevinylcafe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization number and instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. It may take an additional 3-7 days for your bank to post the refund.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No! We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Do you sell used books?
No, we specialize in new books and vinyl records only.
Can I request a specific book?
Yes! Contact us at info@thebookstorevinylcafe.com with the title, author, and ISBN (if available). We will do our best to source it for you.
Are all products in stock?
Availability is updated regularly. If a product is out of stock, it will be marked as such on the product page.
